I thought it might be funny to use this title since today is my 28th day of P90X and, as many of you know, "28 days later" is the title of a popular zombie movie. All I have to say at this point is that I haven't felt more fit in my whole life, not even when I was pumping iron like crazy. True, I looked way better than I do now but all I could do was push heavy weights. In regards to looks, I can't say there are major differences compared to when I started the program though I can see some changes. It is said that the biggest changes occur after the 2nd and 3rd month.
In regards to WoW, I haven't the slightest desire to return to the game and at this point I couldn't care less about Cataclysm. I have become totally disconnected, though I admit that I still follow the WoW community loosely. The best thing is that I don't have to read 99% of blog posts or articles. I just skim quickly over the titles (in my Google Reader ftw!) and delete most of the entries.
Going back to addiction, (hey there Dalaila!), you can say that I quit WoW cold turkey. See, no problem.

How's your P90X program going on? Blog about it, that would be interesting (along with some before-after pics maybe).
I read a very interesting book that came out recently called "The Multiplicities of Internet Addiction" (it costs $100 on Amazon.com, but I checked it out from the library). The author argues that there's no such thing as 'internet addiction' per se, since it's not something like tobacco or drugs which you can become physically dependent upon. (As an analogy, people don't say they're 'addicted' to TV, books, or exercise). Indeed, since the internet has become a crucial tool for socializing and work, it is naturally expected that we spend more time on the computer. But there is definitely the potential for online games such as WoW, which demand lots and lots of time, to interfere with real-life obligations, and that's when use becomes 'problematic,' but still not necessarily addictive, since you can always switch to a different form of entertainment.
I wouldn't say I'm addicted, but that I have an 'obsession' with WoW. I started playing last summer and even though I haven't played it for two months (devoting more time to college), I still think about renewing my account daily and get my WoW 'fix' by looking at websites (and I managed to stumble across your blog, after all!). Instead of playing WoW, I've been reading books and writing random stuff in my spare time (I'm an English major). I feel more productive, and I think reading is overall a more positive experience, but at the end of the day what you do in your spare time doesn't really matter, as long as you save time for the important stuff. I wish you best of luck in whatever you choose to do.

Nice one and well said. On a side note, the latest Cataclism news make me quite nervous... I don't play WoW anymore but looking at those new world maps of Azerot make me cry.
@ Dart
I just finished Borderlands, damn :|
I keep checking back to see if you've made a p90x progress post. I know I can't be the only one hoping for an update.
Thanks
You're not alone indeed, checking on a daily basis...
