Vanity Pet #106 - Hyacinth Macaw
Finally, the culmination to my pet-collectin' career: the Hyacinth Macaw. This is the rarest pet in the game and also currently the most expensive. I see them very rarely on the AH and the last time I saw it it sold for 17K. I bought mine for 16K. A bargain, really. I figured that I don't wanna risk waiting until Cataclysm to buy this pet because who knows what the hell will happen to Stranglethorn Valley where it drops. Better be on the safe side. Besides, I was sitting on 260K gold anyway...

Grats Darth, it has to be one of the best looking pets in the game. It was going around 16k on my server until a few days ago when I saw it for 10k. My bank alt was short by 500g or so so I was a bit anxious logging off and on to transfer funds. Luckily no-one had bought it yet so I snapped it up even though it cost my a 1/4 of my gold. Grats on the ZG raptor too.
