Small Nerf to Enhancement Shamans

Well, WoWInsider reports that the latest patch notes from the PTR have introduced a small nerf to my beloved enhancement shaman. Flurry's bonus speed when it procs has been lowered to 25% from 30%. As WoWInsider says, why oh why? There doesn't seem any point to this nerf. On the other hand, there's still a shitload of testing left to do on the PTR so hopefully things will get better when 3.1 is released. Until then I must tell myself to stop caring about all these small changes, whether buffs or nerfs.
